Here, at GXO, we're looking for a driven and ambitious First Line Manager to join our Abercrombie & Fitch operation in Rushden. This is an exciting opportunity to lead from the front, driving operational excellence while creating a positive and engaging culture for your team. You'll play a key role in delivering performance against KPIs, championing safety, improving processes and developing people to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop operational teams to achieve performance, productivity and quality targets
  • Monitor and drive key operational KPIs while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture through effective communication and engagement
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety standards, company policies and operational procedures
  • Investigate operational issues, resolve challenges and work collaboratively with support departments to deliver excellent service

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a warehouse, logistics or operational environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage people at all levels
  • A self-motivated, proactive approach and the confidence to take ownership of challenges and initiatives
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, WMS systems and working knowledge of operational processes and procedure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on operational excellence

Pay, Benefits and More

This is a full time, permanent position, working Sunday to Thursday, 14:00 till 22:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £33,259.20 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
