Shift patterns: Monday to Friday working 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm on rotation
Location: Manton Wood - Worksop

We're looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager who can inspire a team, drive performance, and ensure day-to-day warehouse operations are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives to deliver exceptional performance
- Ensure all warehouse activities are completed safely, accurately, and within agreed timelines
- Monitor and drive key operational KPIs, including productivity, quality, service, and attendance
- Plan and allocate labour and resources effectively to meet changing workload demands
- Champion a culture of Health & Safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the operation

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Have previous experience in a First Line Manager or Team Leader role within a warehouse environment.
- Are confident communicators with strong leadership and people management skills.
- Can effectively manage performance and handle employee relations matters fairly and professionally.
- Have a solid understanding of warehouse operations, processes, and best practices.
- Are organised, resilient, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
