Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse operatives to achieve operational targets and service excellence
Coordinate daily activities across inbound, picking, packing and dispatch operations
Manage performance, quality and productivity through regular reviews and KPI monitoring
Drive a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and maintaining excellent housekeeping practices
Support continuous improvement initiatives, workforce planning and efficient resource allocation to achieve cost, quality and delivery objectives
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Previous leadership experience within a fast-paced logistics, warehousing or distribution environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate, engage and influence teams
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications
The ability to analyse operational performance and implement improvements to drive results
A proactive, professional and flexible approach, with the confidence to work effectively under pressure

Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £34,086.00 per annum, and 26.5 days annual leave (including bank holidays). This is a full time, permanent position working Friday to Monday 07:00 to 17:00
