About The Role
Based in Moxley, this full-time Warehouse / FLT Driver position offers a varied workload combining counterbalance truck operation with core warehouse duties. Working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, you will earn £12.71 per hour on an ongoing temporary assignment through Pertemps Black Country Perms.
Responsibilities
- Safely operating the counterbalance FLT
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Accurately picking and packing customer orders
- Relocating stock across the facility
A valid counterbalance licence is essential. This hands-on role suits a dependable individual who values physical work and consistent hours. You will join a busy team where efficiency and careful handling are paramount, ensuring smooth daily operations from receipt to dispatch.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse / Counterbalance Forklift Operative to join their busy warehouse team on a temporary ongoing basis.
This is a varied role combining forklift truck operation with general warehouse duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on working environment. A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading deliveries, ensuring goods are handled with care
- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders accurately
- Moving stock throughout the warehouse and assisting with stock organisation
- Carrying out goods-in and goods-out duties
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and compliant with health and safety standards
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required to support the team

The Ideal Candidate
- Holds a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)
- Has previous experience working in a warehouse environment
- Is reliable, punctual and has a strong work ethic
- Can work independently as well as part of a team
- Has good attention to detail and can follow health and safety procedures
- Is physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual handling duties when required
