The Warehouse & Fulfilment Manager Mission
You’ll be at the heart of our global operations, owning operational execution and strategic evolution of our global warehouse footprint. You’ll lead our owned and operated US warehouse facility, oversee our UK 3PL partnership, and empower teams across both regions to deliver operational excellence. Your focus will be to maximise efficiency, driving high-impact strategic projects, exploring future geographic expansion, and leading the commercial transition of our UK operations to an Open Book contract model.
How You'll Drive Success
- Build today, while designing tomorrow: You’ll thrive by creating scalable solutions before challenges arise, optimising our 3PL operations across E-commerce, Retail and Wholesale while building the systems, processes and capabilities that will power our next phase of growth
- Be a catalyst for change: You’ll lead transformative projects, from moving our contracts to an Open Book model to evaluating new ERP capabilities and exploring how AI can unlock smarter ways of working. You’ll balance running a world-class operation with building what comes next
- Turn data into action: You’ll use insights, KPIs and emerging technology to spot opportunities, predict challenges and influence cross-functional teams to make meaningful improvements. You won’t just report on performance, you’ll shape it
- Champion continuous improvement: You’ll constantly challenge the way we work, finding smarter, more efficient ways to streamline workflows, reduce costs and improve our customer experience without compromising on quality
- Own our operational ecosystem: You’ll become a champion of our systems and integrations, ensuring inventory, orders and returns flow seamlessly between our digital channels and 3PL partners
- Lead and inspire high-performing teams: You’ll coach and empower our US and UK warehouse teams, creating a culture of ownership, collaboration and operational excellence
- Bring teams together to deliver: You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, partnering across Marketing, Retail, Merch and beyond to create alignment, remove blockers and ensure we deliver flawlessly, especially during peak moments

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
