Warehouse Goods In Supervisor
Here at Sealey, we are seeking to recruit a Warehouse Goods In Supervisor to join our team based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. You will join us on a permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.
The Company

Responsibilities
Responsibilities as our Warehouse Goods In Supervisor will include:
- Overseeing the effective and safe loading and unloading of stock.
- Ensure all inbound loads are booked in by close of business each day
- Ensure that all stock is put away in a timely and safe manner.
- Conduct forklift work according to the licence held.
- Work closely with all members of Warehouse management to ensure the overall warehousing of a product is as effective as possible.
- Ensure all staff are working productively and efficiently, deadlines are met, and each team member has the training required for their role.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
What we’re looking for
What we’re looking for in our Warehouse Goods In Supervisor:
- You must be reliable and flexible in your approach to work.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work well in small teams.
- A natural decision maker who can function well under pressure.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not essential.
