Working on-site at our warehouse based in Leyton E10
Job Summary
Working within a small team to help grow a fast developing childrenswear e-commerce site. The role involves the following duties within our warehouse.
Responsible for the Inbound Goods area of the warehouse operations, including space planning and management. You will also be able to perform all Outbound Goods tasks including picking stock, checking orders, packing orders, shipping orders, checking deliveries, carrying out stock checks and putting stock away.
We have very high standards accuracy and customer service. It is important that you have these values. We are looking for a candidate that can help manage priorities in the warehouse when Operations & Logistics manager is focused on differing tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Check in delivered supplier orders with 100% accuracy in the expected timescales given. Be the main source of contact for the Inbound Goods area.
- Responsible for hitting Inbound Goods KPIs
- Working closely with full team to achieve warehouse operations KPIs, working within the delivery schedule to notify the team around all inbound deliveries.
- Safely unloading and checking in all deliveries inc. large, boxed deliveries, within allocated time - therefore must be able to lift and load heavy boxes.
- Receiving and checking in transfers and put away return and transfer stock as and when necessary and with 100% accuracy.
- Stock checking as and when required again CSV download sheets with 100% accuracy.
- Planning space for new product and efficient picking placement of stock across the branded and own-brand area considering differing levels of demand.
- Printing off orders from the system ready for picking each morning and as and when required.
- Ensuring that all daily orders get picked as requested by the Operations Manager with 100% accuracy.
- Check all items are correctly corresponding with the order invoice before they are packed
- Packing all orders in line with MamaOwl packing guidelines and meeting all packing standards.
- Using the shipping systems accurately ship all orders with the correct shipper to make sure the customer receives orders within the promise timescale.
- Ad hoc help with, returns, warehouse operations workarounds etc.
- Ability to prioritise warehouse operations when Operations & Logistics Manager is working on other responsibilities
- Ensuring set productivity targets are met within all the above tasks.
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety.

- A good level of numeracy and literacy.
