The successful candidate will work closely with the Events & Exhibitions team to prepare equipment for projects and support the installation and dismantling of OrangeDoor's ODX modular exhibition system at events across the UK and internationally. An ideal candidate will also showcase the ability and excitement, once fully trained, in handling exhibition installs/dismantles independently.
The role is ideally suited to someone who is organised, practical and proactive, and who is looking to develop their experience within the events and exhibitions industry.

- Complete equipment checks and assist with pre-builds and quality control
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries, collections, couriers and freight
- Safely load and unload vehicles and support event logistics
- Assist with the installation and dismantling of the ODX modular exhibition system.
- Support onsite exhibition builds, event activations and problem-solving
- Once fully trained, own the installation, dismantling, and exhibition builds as needed
- Assist with UK and international event logistics, including shipping and customs documentation where required
- Ensure equipment is returned, checked and stored correctly following events
- Represent OrangeDoor professionally at client and event venues
- Complete required administrative tasks and communicate effectively with project and production teams
- Be flexible to support project needs, including occasional early starts, late finishes, weekends and overnight stays

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
