Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator
Location: Warrenpoint
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (9:00am to 5:00pm)
Duration: Permanent, subject to successful completion of a six-month probationary period

Clonallon Laboratories was established in 2002 and specialises in the manufacture and supply of single-use surgical packs, conveniently packaged to support a wide range of clinical disciplines and surgical procedures. We also provide a range of contract manufacturing and consultancy services to the Healthcare and Medical Device industries.
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organised Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Warrenpoint.
This is a hands-on operational role responsible for the day-to-day management of warehouse activities, stock control, order processing, and dispatch operations. The successful candidate will ensure customer orders are processed accurately, stock levels are maintained, and goods are picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently.
The role combines warehouse, inventory, and administrative responsibilities and requires an individual who is comfortable working in a physically active environment. The successful candidate will spend a significant portion of their time within the warehouse, including picking orders, moving stock, loading and unloading deliveries, and operating warehouse equipment. Applicants should be comfortable undertaking duties that involve a reasonable degree of physical activity, including lifting, carrying, standing, and walking throughout the working day.

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and prepare all associated delivery and dispatch documentation.
- Prepare delivery notes, dispatch paperwork, and invoices, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Pick, pack, and prepare finished goods for daily dispatch.
- Receive, check, and record inbound deliveries and materials.
- Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Operate forklift trucks and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations.
- Carry out routine stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure all stock is correctly labelled, stored, and organised.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory planning and replenishment activities.
- Arrange daily courier and transport collections for outbound orders.
- Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and customers regarding deliveries, collections, and shipment queries.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within warehouse and dispatch operations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
- Assist with general warehouse duties and manual handling activities as required.
- Support the wider team in ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in a warehouse, stock control, stores, dispatch, or inventory management environment.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability and willingness to undertake the physical aspects of the role, including manual handling, stock movements, order picking, loading and unloading deliveries, prolonged periods of standing, and regular movement throughout the warehouse.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and practical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Full, clean driving licence.
- Willingness to drive a company vehicle when required.
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent), including passes in English and Mathematics.

Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience within a manufacturing, healthcare, medical device, or distribution environment.
- Forklift Truck Licence (Counterbalance or Reach).
- Experience using ERP, stock management, or warehouse management systems.
- Experience managing stock across multiple locations.
- Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse best practices.
