Take total command of our London stock hub—ensuring every nut, bolt, and high-tech component is 100% accounted for and dispatched with lightning speed.

At Boost Inc, our unattended retail tech can’t redefine global shopping if the hardware isn't in the right place at the right time. As our Stock Manager, you aren’t just sitting at a desk watching spreadsheets; you are the Operational Engine on the Floor. You hold the keys to our warehouse, lead from the front, and turn warehouse logistics into a fine art.

What You'll Do

Stock Ownership & Auditing

  • Maintain 100% stock accuracy across physical inventory and WMS data 24/7.
  • Lead cycle counts, spot checks, and immediate root-cause fixes for discrepancies.
  • Manage stock levels, raise POs, and keep suppliers aligned to prevent stockouts/overstocking.

Tactical Logistics (Inbound/Outbound)

  • Inspect and log all incoming shipments; manage non-conforming goods immediately.
  • Oversee flawless, on-time outbound dispatch with precise documentation.
  • Optimize warehouse layout for speed, safety, and 5S standards.

Kitting & Fulfillment

  • Rapidly pick and kit custom bundles/parts for assembly and deployment.
  • Pack items securely to guarantee zero transit damage.
  • Support the future transition to and management of 3PL partners.

WMS & Systems Management

  • Ensure real-time data logging in the WMS for all stock movements.
  • Generate clear reports for leadership on turnover, valuation, and bottlenecks.

  • WMS Master: You navigate, update, and troubleshoot WMS software with ease.
  • Hands-On Leadership: You lead from the floor—moving stock, kitting orders, and setting the speed for the operational space.
