What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy. Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss and maximize efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions.
- Identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and staff performance.

We’d Love To Hear From You If
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with staff, management, and customers.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
