Warehouse Lead Operator M/F/D
As a Warehouse Lead Operator M/F/D you will report to the Warehouse Team Leader in the Supply Chain & Logistics department based in Telford for a Permanent contract.
Department: Warehouse/ Logistics
What you will do?
- Previous experience within Warehousing
- SAP experience would be an advantage
- FLT Licence / First Aid or willing to learn
- Looking for an individual who will help support and assist the Cell Leader and Team Leader for the afternoon shift including inbound / outbound flow and processes associated with this department.
- Will be required to lead the shift in the absence of the Cell Leader through effective communication and actions.
- Willing to work with the team and individuals to drive change through the business. Helping to change the mindset of the shift and management team.
- Any Other Administration Ad Hoc Requests.

Qualifications/ Experience Needed
- Good Communication and written skills
Normal hours of work: Permanent mornings 6am-2pm Monday to Friday Full time (37.5 hours per week)
