Warehouse Loader
Location: Aylesford
Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts – 6:00am–6:00pm / 6:00pm–6:00am
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Loader to join a world-leading packaging business. Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Loader, your responsibilities will include:
- Storing, locating, repacking and accurately recording products within the warehouse.
- Carrying out quality-control activities in line with production and logistics requirements.
- Monitoring the condition and performance of plant, equipment and processes using available systems and technology.
- Identifying potential problems at an early stage and working closely with shift and day colleagues to resolve issues.
- Carrying out risk assessments and ensuring compliance with safe systems of work.
- Contributing to improvements in safety procedures and working practices.
- Supporting a strong safety culture through effective incident reporting.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping throughout the workplace.

What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous warehouse experience within a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment.
- The ability to understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above, or equivalent qualifications.
- Good computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and Excel.
- A strong commitment to health, safety and quality.
- A proactive, reliable and process-driven approach to work.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
