Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

Application Deadline: 27 August 2026

Department: Staging & Logistics

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: London, Hybrid (Office and Field)

Reporting To: Ian Skinner

Compensation: £32,000 / year

Description

We're looking for a proactive and organised Warehouse Operative to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our Wenlock Distribution Centre.

Reporting to the Head of Staging & Logistics, who is based in the North, this is a standalone role offering a high degree of autonomy. You'll work closely with teams across the business, playing a vital part in ensuring our engineers have the right equipment, materials and stock they need to keep our broadband projects moving.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, likes to work independently, and takes pride in maintaining an organised, efficient and safe warehouse operation.

What you'll be doing

  • Taking ownership of the day-to-day operation of the warehouse and yard.
  • Receiving, checking, storing and issuing stock, materials and equipment.
  • Maintaining accurate stock records using our warehouse management systems.
  • Picking, packing and preparing orders for engineers and customer installations.
  • Managing inbound and outbound deliveries, ensuring all goods are accurately recorded.
  • Organising stock transfers and responding to urgent operational requests.
  • Operating a forklift truck to safely move, load and unload materials (training can be provided if required).
  • Carrying out regular stock checks and supporting periodic stock takes.
  • Maintaining stock accuracy and ensuring optimum stock levels are available.
  • Checking incoming deliveries for quality, damage and shortages.
  • Issuing stock and supporting colleagues across the business.
  • Managing the distribution of company PPE and branded clothing.
  • Ensuring the warehouse remains clean, organised and compliant with Health & Safety requirements.
  • Completing all associated paperwork and system updates accurately.
  • Occasionally delivering materials to operational sites when required.
  • Supporting the wider business with any other reasonable warehouse and logistics duties.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
