- Coordinate supplier purchases and purchase orders with a commercially aware approach — ordering correctly first time, avoiding unnecessary cost, and planning ahead for lead times

- Flag any discrepancies between what's ordered and what's received

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Warehouse & SAP
- Act as the accountable owner of warehouse governance
- Keep stock movements in SAP up to date — issuing, returns, and adjustments — so stock balances stay accurate
- Support the periodic stock take process
- Maintain uniform and PPE stock, including issuing, sizing/allocation records, and tracking returns for leavers and damaged items
Small UK One-Off Projects
- Own coordination of small, one-off UK jobs (i.e. not the larger deployment rollouts)
- Prepare and align engineers' job sheets with site requirements, travel, and accommodation
- Act as the main point of contact for these jobs from start to finish
Fleet & Facilities
- Look after fleet coordination — vehicle checks, servicing, handovers
- Support day-to-day facilities needs at Duke House
Growth & Development
This role is a foundation for building toward more deployment-focused work over time. Handling shipments, logistics, and small UK projects builds the knowledge base needed for that — and training is provided project-by-project, so the goal isn't just handling what comes in, but learning to spot things early, suggest improvements, and help build better processes as you go.
Training will be arranged across three areas:
- Project management — to help plan, coordinate, and deliver small UK jobs and project work with more structure and confidence
- Management & leadership — to build the skills needed to put good systems in place, including training and handing over tasks as the team grows
- Warehouse knowledge — building on SAP, stock control, and process fundamentals
