Warehouse & Logistics Manager - High growth wellness brand 📍 London, 2 days per week in the office with some travel to 3PL required

Genuinely one of the most exciting brands in the UK right now! Own global warehouse, fulfillment and logistics operations for a rapidly scaling consumer brand

I’m partnering with a fast-growing consumer wellness business that has scaled rapidly across DTC, retail and international markets. They’re now looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to take ownership of their global warehouse and fulfillment operation.

About the Role

You’ll own everything from the point stock arrives into the warehouse through to successful fulfillment and delivery, working across a growing international network of 3PLs. This is initially a very hands-on role. You’ll get into the detail, fix processes and become the central point of contact for warehouse and logistics partners. Longer term, you’ll build the systems, processes and team required to create a scalable global fulfillment operation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
