About the Role

Ready to impact a better future?

As a Warehouse/Logistics or Manufacturing Tutor in our Justice and Immigration team, you’ll deliver hands-on, practical and work-focused learning to help people in custody build essential skills, confidence, and qualifications that support rehabilitation and future employability.

By shaping positive learning experiences, you’ll open doors, increase opportunities, and create meaningful pathways forward. Your role will ensure learners develop industry-relevant skills and secure recognised qualifications, preparing them for work and strengthening their long-term prospects.

Through high-quality teaching, inclusive practice, and a purposeful learning environment, you’ll help build a brighter future for every learner.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be entrusted to:

  • Deliver engaging, practical learning across vocational disciplines, embedding employability, functional skills, and British Values.
  • Create and maintain Individual Learning Plans, closely tracking learner progress and achievement.
  • Design schemes of work, lesson plans, and "roll-on, roll-off" programmes tailored to learners.
  • Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring learning materials stay current and effective.
  • Administer assessments, marking, and accreditation processes in line with awarding requirements.
  • Provide pastoral support as a Personal Tutor, fostering confidence, resilience, and positive learning behaviours.
  • Maintain safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environments while adhering to security and safeguarding protocols.
  • Keep accurate learner records, registers, and documentation for compliance and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with education managers, vocational supervisors, and colleagues to deliver a cohesive learner experience.
  • Promote vocational programmes and engage with internal and external partners to raise awareness and opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
