Location: Coppice & Sirane (with responsibility for external warehousing)
Salary: £55,000 per annum, DOE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Warehouse, Logistics & Transport Manager to lead our warehousing, logistics and transport operations across multiple sites.

A Day in the Life and the Impact You'll Make

As our Warehouse, Logistics & Transport Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end movement of products across our warehousing and transport network, ensuring customers receive the right products at the right time while maintaining the highest standards of safety, efficiency and compliance.

You'll work closely with colleagues across Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement and Customer Service to optimise performance, reduce costs and drive continuous improvement. From developing long-term operational strategies to supporting frontline teams through day-to-day challenges, you'll play a key role in shaping a resilient, high-performing logistics function that supports our continued growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop warehouse, logistics and transport operations across multiple sites, ensuring safe, efficient and cost-effective performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, service levels, inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Manage warehouse and transport KPIs, budgets and supplier relationships, identifying opportunities to improve performance while controlling costs.
  • Oversee transport operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, fleet standards and third-party logistics requirements.
  • Build and develop high-performing teams, creating a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement across the operation.

About You

You'll be an experienced logistics leader with a proven track record of managing complex warehouse and transport operations within a manufacturing environment. You're commercially focused, confident leading change and passionate about developing people while delivering exceptional operational performance.

You'll Also Bring

  • Significant senior management experience within warehouse, logistics and transport operations.
  • Experience leading high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG supply chain environments.
  • A strong understanding of warehouse operations, transport compliance, inventory management and distribution best practice.
  • Proven experience managing multi-site operations and delivering measurable improvements in service, productivity and cost control.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, supplier relationships and operational performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience with WMS/TMS systems, operational transformation or automation projects would be advantageous.
  • IOSH, NEBOSH or an equivalent Health & Safety qualification would be beneficial.
