CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Warehouse & Mail Supervisor to join our Team in London on a permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced candidate to join one of our global accounts within the Financial and Professional Services Sector.
About The Role
As a CBRE Warehouse & Mail Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the loading bay, goods-in and associated logistics operations at London Citi Tower, including the activities of CBRE teams and service partners using the facility.
This job is part of the Supply Chain function. They are responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the organization’s supply chain.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations, including the safe and efficient operation of the London Citi Tower loading bay and associated waste and recycling movements.
- Supervise, plan, and coordinate inbound and outbound delivery and collection schedules, loading bay bookings, vehicle access arrangements, and the operational workload.
- Safeguard loading bay operations. Establish and monitor security, health and safety, emergency, and traffic-management procedures and protocols, working with Citi stakeholders, Security, Engineering, Cleaning, Waste, contractors, and relevant estate-management teams.
- Audit delivered items with invoices. Approve or reject deliveries based on inspections. Check for contraband.
- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with a data storage system.
- Understand proper storage methods, identification, and stock location. Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse.
- Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
- May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
- Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
- Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.

What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
- Physical ability to assist with warehouse operations. Able to lift 50 lbs.
- In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
- Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset
