The Role: Making Waves in Logistics
As our Warehouse Manager, you’ll be the captain of the ship. You won’t just be watching the tide come in; you’ll be leading the charge, ensuring our warehouse operates with precision, safety, and efficiency. From the moment our premium shower enclosures and designer radiators arrive to the second they’re dispatched to our customers, you’ll ensure the entire lifecycle flows seamlessly.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading the Team: Motivating your warehouse team to reach new heights, ensuring everyone knows their role and works safely.
- Inventory: Keeping our stock levels of tubs, basins, and hardware spot on—ensuring we never find ourselves in hot water with missing items.
- Operational Excellence: Overseeing the picking, packing, and dispatch process, making sure every order is delivered with flawless accuracy.
- Continuous Improvement: Always looking for ways to streamline processes. If there’s a blockage in the system, you’re the one to clear the pipes!
- Cross-Department Synergy: Working closely with Sales and Purchasing to ensure our supply chain doesn't just trickle, but flows perfectly.
Are You the Perfect Fit?
We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role. You should be a natural leader who can keep their cool under pressure—even when the pace is fast and the demand for our bathroom suites is rising.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven Leadership: Ability to motivate, delegate, and support your team effectively.
- Organisational Genius: You treat warehouse management like an art form.
- Systems Savvy: Experience with WMS is a massive plus.
- Safety First: A solid understanding of health and safety regulations is non-negotiable.
- Forklift Skills: Hold a valid FLT license? Even better!
The Details
- Location: Skelmersdale (Potters Place)
- Reporting to: Warehouse Operations Manager
- Shifts: Monday - Friday 08:30 AM - 17:00 PM Subject to Change
