Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Boundary Outlet - Grantham

Hours: 40 hours a week working 5 days out of 7

About Us:

Boundary Outlet is a leading retail destination offering top-quality brands at outlet prices. Behind the scenes, our warehouse operations are crucial to keeping our store running smoothly. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead these essential functions.

Role Overview:

As Warehouse Manager, you’ll oversee the efficient management of the store’s warehouse operations and the maintenance. You’ll ensure that stock is well-organised and deliveries run on time. You must hold a full UK driving licence.

  • Manage all warehouse operations, including stock receipt, storage, and distribution.
  • Oversee the organisation of the warehouse to ensure efficient use of space and easy access to stock.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse productivity and accuracy.
  • Liaise with external contractors for specialist repairs and servicing.
  • Manage a team of warehouse and facilities staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective operations across the warehouse.
  • Conduct regular health and safety inspections and risk assessments, ensuring a safe environment for all.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to managing operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and general IT skills.
