Interim Warehouse Manager - Chesterfield - Competitive Package
Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering with a leading UK manufacturer on an interim Warehouse Manager assignment, running for approximately three months. Our client operates a large-scale, 24/7 manufacturing site supplying products to a global customer base, and this role will play a key part in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly during a period of transition.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional to step into a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment and make an immediate impact, overseeing the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse function supporting continuous production.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring safety, efficiency, and accuracy across all operations
- Manage and motivate a warehouse team across a 24/7 shift pattern
- Maintain stock accuracy and oversee stock control, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
- Ensure goods in/out, picking, packing, and despatch processes support a continuous production line without disruption
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across warehouse operations
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation and internal policies
- Liaise closely with production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure seamless material and finished goods flow
- Manage relationships with third-party transport and logistics providers

Previous Experience:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a warehouse environment
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team quickly
- Solid understanding of WMS systems and stock control processes
- Available to start at short notice
