OSW is a leading distributor of solar PV products, supporting installers and businesses with high-quality solutions and exceptional service. As we continue our expansion across Europe, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to establish and lead our warehouse operations in the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building efficient operations, leading teams, and making a real impact within a fast-growing international business.
About the Role
As Warehouse Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring products are received, stored, and dispatched safely, accurately, and efficiently. You'll work closely with the leadership team to optimise warehouse performance, improve processes, and deliver outstanding service to our customers.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine operational management with continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead all warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock control and cycle counts
- Coordinate transport, deliveries, collections, and third-party logistics providers
- Optimise warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor warehouse performance through KPIs and reporting
- Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
- Resolve operational issues quickly while maintaining excellent customer service
- Support IT asset management, onboarding, and operational equipment where required
- Work closely with the CEO to support the continued growth of the UK business

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing warehouse, logistics, or operations teams
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience working with warehouse management systems or ERP software
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to analyse operational data and drive continuous improvement
- Hands-on approach with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety and compliance
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one if required)
- Experience within the renewable energy or solar industry is an advantage but not essential
