Warehouse Manager
Location: Belfast
Salary: Negotiable
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a team of 8 to 10, overseeing the smooth running of our warehouse operations from goods-in through to dispatch. You'll be responsible for keeping stock accurate, deadlines met, and the team running efficiently day to day.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of 8 warehouse operatives, including rotas, training, and performance
- Oversee the receipt, checking, and put-away of incoming goods
- Coordinate picking, packing, and dispatch of outgoing orders to meet deadlines
- Maintain accurate stock levels and carry out regular stock checks/audits
- Ensure health & safety standards and procedures are followed at all times
- Use company systems (such as SAP or similar) to process orders, update inventory, and generate reports
- Identify and resolve operational issues, driving continuous improvement
- Liaise with transport, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse layout

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident using warehouse/ERP systems
- Good communication skills across all levels of the business
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Forklift licence desirable (or willingness to obtain)
- A hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving
