Warehouse Manager – Brigg (North Lincolnshire) – Competitive Salary
Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering with a leading manufacturer based in Brigg in their search for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join their team.
This is a newly created role and will be ideal for someone with a continuous improvement mindset who thrives on streamlining and enhancing processes.

- Manage inbound materials and ensure uninterrupted supply to production in line with the manufacturing plan
- Oversee storage, movement and despatch of finished goods internally and via 3PL providers, ensuring OTIF delivery
- Maintain accurate stock across raw materials, WIP and finished goods, leading cycle counts and resolving variances
- Lead and develop the warehouse team, including labour planning, training and performance management
- Use ERP/MRP and WMS systems to manage material flow, monitor KPIs and drive corrective action where needed
- Drive continuous improvement across warehouse processes, including 5S, FIFO and Kanban, while ensuring Health & Safety compliance
Previous Experience:

- Proven experience in a similar warehouse management role
- Experience working with ERP/MRP/WMS systems
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Knowledge of Lean/Continuous Improvement principles such as 5S, Kanban and JIT (desirable)
