Warehouse Manager | Fashion | Gtr. Manchester | £50k

The Opportunity

We're working with an exciting and growing ecommerce business in Greater Manchester that is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to take ownership of its day-to-day warehouse operation. This is a role for someone who enjoys being on the warehouse floor, leading from the front and making sure orders, stock and people are operating at their best.

You'll play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business, ensuring customers receive the right products, on time and to the highest standard.

Applicants must have experience within an e-commerce operation and ideally have knowledge of Shopify and Linnworks.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Take day-to-day responsibility for the warehouse operation, leading and motivating the team.
  • Be hands-on with picking, packing, goods-in, dispatch and stock control.
  • Manage the full ecommerce order fulfilment process from order receipt through to dispatch.
  • Own stock accuracy, cycle counts, stock takes and investigate discrepancies.
  • Use Linnworks extensively to manage orders, inventory and warehouse activity.
  • Work closely with Shopify and the wider ecommerce team to ensure orders and stock flow seamlessly.
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs including order accuracy, dispatch performance, stock accuracy and productivity.
  • Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes and efficiency.
  • Manage courier and delivery relationships where required.
  • Maintain excellent warehouse standards across Health & Safety, housekeeping and organisation.
  • Support peak trading periods and help the operation scale alongside business growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
