We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Manager to handle daily warehouse operations, shipping coordination, and inventory management. This full-time, permanent position involves managing inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring efficient material handling, and supporting electrical-related tasks within the warehouse environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall organization and execution of warehouse activities while remaining actively involved in day-to-day hands-on operations. Responsibilities
- Handle daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently (valid certification required).
- Organize and maintain inventory, storage areas, and material flow within the warehouse.
- Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate deliveries and pickups.
- Perform general warehouse labor, including lifting, organizing, cleaning, and material handling.
- Carry out basic repairs and maintenance of warehouse materials and equipment.
- Assist with hands-on electrical tasks when required.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and project teams to support operational needs.
- Perform other operational duties as assigned.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.

- Valid forklift license (required).
- Previous warehouse and shipping experience required; management-level experience is an asset.
- Experience in inventory control and logistics coordination.
- Electrician experience is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable performing physical labor when required.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Job Details
- Job Type: Permanent, Full-time.
- Pay: From $38,000 per year
- Language Requirement: Flexible, French not required
- Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
