Warehouse Operations Manager
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £50,000 - £58,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Elevation Recruitment Group are partnering exclusively with a growing industrial business to recruit a Warehouse Operations Manager for a key leadership position within its UK operation.

Reporting into senior leadership, you'll take ownership of a busy operational site, leading people, performance and continuous improvement across a demanding distribution and processing environment.
This is a visible, hands-on leadership role where you'll spend your time supporting frontline teams, driving operational excellence and embedding new ways of working.
Key responsibilities of the Warehouse Operations Manager include:
- Leading the day-to-day operation to ensure safety, service and performance targets are achieved
- Developing and coaching frontline managers to build capability across the site
- Driving process improvements and supporting the implementation of modern warehouse systems and operational disciplines
- Leading change within a business that is investing heavily in its future growth
- Working closely with transport, planning and wider operational teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Identifying opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and operational performance

We're looking for an operational leader who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and motivating people through change.
You'll ideally bring:
- Proven experience in an Operations Manager, Distribution Manager or Site Leadership role within warehousing
- Experience within industrial distribution, manufacturing, engineering, logistics or another operationally demanding environment
- A track record of leading change and improving performance within established operations
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to engage and influence teams at all levels
- A practical, hands-on leadership style and a genuine passion for continuous improvement
- The resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
