Warehouse Manager

Chessington - On-site

Up to £42,500 + Extensive Benefits

Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager who thrives on leading teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service?

We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our warehouse operation in Chessington, ensuring stock accuracy, efficient fulfilment, and a safe, high-performing environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading and developing a motivated warehouse team
  • Managing goods-in, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch operations
  • Driving productivity, efficiency, and service excellence
  • Championing Health & Safety and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Working closely with internal teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction

What we're looking for:

  • Previous Warehouse Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader experience
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Experience managing warehouse KPIs and stock control processes
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Dangerous goods certificate and a fork lift licence would be desirable
