At Advanced Supply Chain, Bradford, we're looking for a Warehouse Night Shift Manager to join our night shift operation on a permanent, full-time basis at our new state-of-the-art Bradford site based in BD12, working Monday to Friday, 10:00pm to 6:15am.
In return, you'll receive a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000, alongside a structured development programme that includes training, mentoring, and genuine opportunities to progress your career within a growing business that puts its people first.
You'll play a key role in leading and developing our Team Leaders and Warehouse Operatives. You'll create a positive, high-performing environment where colleagues feel engaged, supported, and motivated to deliver their best every day.
You'll be responsible for ensuring operational targets and customer service expectations are achieved, while driving continuous improvement and maintaining the high standards our customers have come to expect from us.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading, coaching, and developing Team Leaders and Warehouse Operatives to achieve operational and performance targets.
- Taking ownership of the day-to-day operation within your area, ensuring key processes and procedures are followed.
- Creating a positive and engaging working environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and high performance.
- Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety policies, reporting incidents and near misses through the appropriate channels.
- Analyzing operational data, identifying root causes of issues, and implementing effective solutions, escalating where required.
- Ensuring your team has the equipment, training, and support needed to work safely and efficiently.
- Managing performance, attendance, wellbeing, and employee engagement across your team.
- Supporting site-wide projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience of managing a team and providing ongoing coaching and guidance to them.
- Familiar with using and operating an in-house warehouse management system.
- Understanding of operational working practice and safe systems of work.
- Familiar with Lean Six Sigma principles.
- A good knowledge of Health and Safety in a warehouse and distribution environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
