Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Heston, West London (near Heathrow Airport)
Pay: £17.00 per hour
Shift: Night Shift / Early Morning
Working Hours: Approximately 00:00–08:00
Probation: 3 months, with a pay review upon successful completion

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, organised, and hands-on Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor to join our parcel delivery operation based in Heston, West London.

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily night shift operation, supervising the warehouse team, and ensuring all shipments are unloaded, scanned, sorted, and prepared accurately for driver dispatch.

This is a hands-on supervisory position. You will be expected to lead the team while also supporting the physical warehouse operation during busy periods.

The successful candidate should be capable of running the night shift independently, maintaining operational standards, and resolving day-to-day issues without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the night shift warehouse team
  • Organise parcel unloading, scanning, sorting, and route preparation
  • Allocate staff and tasks according to daily parcel volume
  • Ensure parcels are accurately sorted into the correct delivery routes
  • Monitor sorting progress and ensure operations remain on schedule
  • Check for missing, duplicated, mis-sorted, or exception parcels
  • Coordinate with delivery drivers during collection and loading
  • Ensure routes and parcels are ready for driver dispatch on time
  • Manage staff attendance, punctuality, and shift performance
  • Maintain accurate operational and handover records
  • Report operational issues, shortages, and exceptions to management
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
  • Support the warehouse team directly during busy periods
  • Take responsibility for the smooth running of the night operation when management is not on site

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
