If so, we are looking for dynamic Warehouse Operations Administrators to join our busy warehouse team based in Ward Park, Cumbernauld on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. We have two amazing shifts available:

  • Night Shift, working any 5 over 7 from 8:30pm to 5am
  • Late Shift, working any 5 over 7 from 12:30pm to 9pm

As the Warehouse Operations Administrator you will play a critical role in keeping our Warehouse and Transport operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, can stay calm under pressure and takes pride in getting things right.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Warehouse Operations Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support across our Warehouse and Transport teams. Your day will be varied, and you will be involved in everything from paperwork and reporting to customer queries and data management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with Warehouse and Transport teams to support smooth daily operations
  • Dealing with and resolving any issues relating to customer paperwork
  • Producing and collating reports to meet customer and operational requirements
  • Ensuring all paperwork and documentation is accurately archived
  • Supporting with customer, supplier and site queries
  • Managing PODs (Proof of Delivery)
  • Accurately inputting data into internal and external systems
  • Completing general administrative duties and supporting the wider team
  • Taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as required by your manager
  • You will support the operational team with any wider activities as and when required.

You don’t need to have all the answers, we are looking for someone with the right attitude, reliability and willingness to get stuck in. You will need:

  • Excellent communication skills able to build strong working relationships
  • A confident approach with a good standard of spoken and written English
  • A strong team player mentality and willingness to lend a hand when needed
  • A flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities
  • The ability to work independently and without constant supervision
  • The ability to thrive in a busy, fast paced environment
  • Good attention to detail and a commitment to getting things done accurately

Role Details

  • Salary: Up to £28,875.12 per annum (plus £173.33 per month for the night shift)
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, any 5 over 7.
  • Location: Gist Ltd, Napier Road, Wardpark North, Cumbernauld, Glasgow, G68 0DF
