Warehouse Operations Controller
Shifts: 06:30 - 14:30 (Mon - Fri), 07:00 - 15:00 (Mon - Fri), rotating

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Controller to join our Warehouse team at our site on Longbridge Lane, Derby.
About the Role
As a Warehouse Operations Controller you will provide support within the Warehouse Operations Team to ensure quality and delivery targets, process adherence and customer expectations are met to the highest standard.
To do this you will utilise all Incora's operational systems to raise and resolve issues ensuring the team’s performance is optimised.
Additionally you will deliver training in line with training schedules ensuring two-way feedback takes place via regular one to one’s and coaching sessions as well as take responsibility for various reports in line with KPI’s.
You will need a flexible approach as an Operations Controller, undertaking Warehouse duties as and when required to ensure the team delivers the required daily output in a flexible and professional manner.
About You
- Previous experience of working within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and effective communication skills (written and verbal).
- Some basic administration experience with solid computer literacy, able to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Previous experience of supervising a team or holding a Train the Trainer certification are both desirable.
