The Opportunity
In this role you will be supporting the Warehouse Shift Managers and Supervisors by ensuring the Warehouse Management System is managed appropriately and day to day operating plans are in place.
Key Responsibilities
- To generate all Manhattan system tasks to ensure that work is available at all times and presented in the most efficient way in terms of wave sizes and work flows.
- Co-ordinating available work with the supervisors on the shop floor to allow them to make the right operational decisions.
- Monitoring the hours used against plan on an hour by hour basis to provide the Supervisors with information they require to make operational decisions and manage individual’s performance.
- Complete Operational status and shorts reports accurately and communicate them with key Stakeholder to ensure so the Operation delivers the plan.
- Complete the weekly deployment plan to achieve the targets set out by the Management team and effectively meet the operational requirements.

- Working in a FMGC environment
- Experience of warehouse management system
- Good numeracy, spoken and written communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- Able to work in a time driven environment working to timescales and prioritise workload.
