Warehouse Operations Coordinator | Manchester City Centre | £25,000
Full-Time | Office & Warehouse Based
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hands-on and organised Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join a busy and growing business based in Manchester city centre.
This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys a practical, fast-paced working environment and wants to play an important role in keeping day-to-day warehouse and operational activities running smoothly.
Working as part of a small and collaborative team, you will be involved across stock management, order fulfilment, dispatch and general operational support. The role would suit someone who is organised, reliable and happy to get stuck in wherever needed.
Warehouse Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Coordinating day-to-day warehouse and fulfilment activities
- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch
- Receiving, checking and organising incoming stock
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and assisting with stock checks
- Processing orders and ensuring items are prepared correctly and on time
- Monitoring deliveries and assisting with any dispatch or courier issues
- Handling returns and ensuring stock is correctly processed and put away
- Keeping the warehouse and working areas organised and tidy
- Supporting general administration and operational tasks as required
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure daily targets and deadlines are met

About You
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfilment, logistics or operations environment would be advantageous
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Reliable, proactive and comfortable working independently
- A practical, hands-on approach to work
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities can change
- Basic computer skills and confidence using systems to record orders and stock
- Willing to support across different areas of the operation when required
