About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, high-impact Warehouse Operations Lead to take full ownership of our main warehouse—an essential hub supporting multiple network delivery and operations projects. This is a critical leadership role during a period of significant transformation and investment. You will be responsible for stabilising current operations, improving processes, and building a scalable, efficient warehouse operating model that supports both immediate delivery and long-term growth. If you thrive in environments where you can drive change, introduce structure, and deliver operational excellence, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

Operational Leadership

  • Own day-to-day warehouse performance, including inbound/outbound logistics, goods receipt, storage, dispatch, and returns
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of all stock movements using approved systems
  • Maintain a safe, compliant, and well-organised warehouse aligned with Health & Safety regulations

Inventory & Control

  • Take full accountability for inventory accuracy, stock integrity, and audit readiness
  • Oversee cycle counts and support formal audits, investigating and resolving discrepancies
  • Ensure system data aligns with physical stock at all times

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
