Warehouse Operations Manager | West Yorkshire | £Competitive + Benefits
Alexander Steele Recruitment are currently working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join a fast-paced, 24/7 FMCG manufacturing operation in West Yorkshire.
This is a people leadership role first and foremost. We’re looking for a strong manager who can lead, motivate and develop a sizeable warehouse team, drive performance and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the warehouse function, working closely with other areas of the site to ensure service, efficiency, safety and performance targets are consistently achieved.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Is a proven people manager with experience leading teams in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Has the personality and leadership capability to motivate, challenge and develop people
- Is confident driving KPIs, standards and performance across a 24/7 operation
- Can build strong relationships and bring people with them through change
- Understands warehouse operations and supply chain within an FMCG/manufacturing environment
- Is commercially and operationally focused, with a strong eye for continuous improvement

This is not a hands-on warehouse role. You’ll have experienced teams around you — your responsibility is to lead them, develop them and drive the overall performance of the department. If you’re an established Warehouse Manager or Operations Manager who gets the best out of people and enjoys working in a high-performance environment, I’d be keen to hear from you.
