Looking for Your Next Step?

Perhaps you're already a Warehouse Team Leader looking for a business that will invest in your future. Or maybe you're an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who's ready to take the next step. At NVC Lighting we're not looking for someone to simply supervise a shift. We're looking for someone who wants to make things better.

The Opportunity

Working alongside our Warehouse Manager, you'll lead, coach, and support our warehouse team while helping us deliver outstanding customer service, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend time on the warehouse floor, solving problems, developing people, and improving processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You

We're less interested in how many years you've been doing the job and far more interested in your attitude. You'll enjoy leading people, solving problems, taking ownership, and building a long-term career in operations.

Why You'll Enjoy Working Here

  • You'll have the freedom to improve things.
  • If you see a better way of doing something, we want to hear it. We're continually looking for ways to improve how we work, and some of our best ideas have come from people who simply asked, 'Why do we do it this way?' Continuous improvement isn't just something we talk about—it's part of our everyday culture.
  • You'll be trusted.
  • We're not interested in micromanaging people. We believe the best leaders are those who take ownership, make sensible decisions, and support their teams. We'll give you responsibility, listen to your ideas, and back you to make a difference.
  • You'll be developed.
  • This role isn't just about what you can do today. We're looking for someone with the ambition to keep learning, take on new challenges, and grow into bigger opportunities over time. If you're prepared to invest in yourself, we'll invest in you.
