We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and well-established business in Bury St Edmunds. This is a temporary ongoing role with potential to become permanent, with immediate starts available.

The role involves a mixture of inbound and outbound warehouse duties, with regular manual handling of boxes up to 15kg. There are also opportunities for LLOP, HLOP and forklift training.

Hours

Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 £12.90 – £14.20+ p/hour

Warehouse Operative Duties

  • Handling inbound goods and checking deliveries
  • Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
  • Moving and organising stock around the warehouse
  • Supporting outbound operations
  • Working within Value-Added Services when required
  • Manual handling of boxes up to 15kg
  • Using warehouse equipment safely
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
  • Following all Health & Safety procedures

What We're Looking For

  • Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Comfortable with manual handling and working on your feet
  • Reliable and able to work as part of a team
  • Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Previous Counterbalance or Reach experience is desirable
