We are a family-owned and operated business supplying Care Homes with a wide range of consumables, equipment, and furniture. Our motivated team enjoys collaborating to grow our company and, most importantly, enhance our clients’ experience. Since our founding in 2006, we have grown steadily year-on-year as a forward-thinking company. We plan for sustainable growth while preserving our strong family ethos and culture.
About this Job
Join our welcoming Warehouse Team as a Warehouse Operative, where you’ll engage in various warehouse tasks, focusing primarily on picking, packing, and loading orders onto our fleet of vans. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment alongside our current Warehouse Operatives and Delivery Drivers. This role demands accuracy and self-motivation, as picking stock by hand for extended periods is a key responsibility. Excellent communication skills and pride in your work and workplace are essential. You will handle products ranging from chemicals to beds and wardrobes within our multi-level warehouse. The ideal candidate must be physically capable of all job duties, including lifting, using step ladders, and operating machinery. This fast-paced role requires being on your feet much of the day while picking stock with high accuracy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
