About the Company
FindCore are pleased to be supporting an established and expanding supplier within the industrial sector with the recruitment of a Warehouse Operative / Relief Driver for their Manchester operation.
About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on position within a supportive warehouse team. You will help ensure stock is received, stored and dispatched accurately, while also providing occasional delivery cover when required.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch
- Receive, inspect and store incoming goods
- Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
- Complete regular stock checks and maintain accurate records
- Operate warehouse equipment in accordance with health and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised working environment
- Support the team in achieving daily order and dispatch deadlines
- Provide relief driving support when required
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications
- Previous experience working within a warehouse environment
- A full UK driving licence
Required Skills
- Strong reliability and a positive approach to work
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable carrying out manual handling duties
- Good communication skills

Preferred Skills
- A forklift licence would be advantageous but is not essential
Pay range and compensation package
💷 Salary: £30,000–£36,000, depending on experience
🕒 Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30
🎁 Benefits: Monthly salary, company pension and consistent weekday hours
