Job Role
The Warehouse Operative will work closely with a Warehousing Colleague to ensure customer orders are picked, packed, checked and dispatched accurately, efficiently and on time, whilst helping to maintain inventory through stock replenishment & re-arrangement as directed. We are looking for a full-time Warehouse Operative to join our team in Wembley, with an immediate start available.
Key Requirements
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Physically fit and able to carry out duties involving heavy lifting.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy when picking, packing and checking orders.
- Able to work effectively as part of a warehouse team and follow instructions from colleagues and management.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn and use barcode scanning and warehouse systems.
- Good communication skills.
- Living within a 5-mile radius of Wembley would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently pick, pack, check and dispatch customer orders to a high standard and within required timescales.
- Use a barcode scanning system to pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Shrink-wrap orders securely and prepare parcels for courier collection and delivery.
- Ensure packages are correctly labelled with customer and delivery information.
- Work closely with the Warehousing Colleague to coordinate daily warehouse and order fulfilment activities.
- Maintain stock in the packing warehouse and other designated storage locations.
- Stack and store goods in the correct areas in accordance with inventory control procedures.
- Operate a pallet truck and safely wrap full pallet orders where required.
- Communicate stock discrepancies, order issues or quality concerns to the Warehousing Colleague or management.
- Carry out stock takes when required.
- Maintain clean, tidy and organised warehouse and storage areas.
- Follow all company Health & Safety policies, procedures and instructions at all times.
- Use warehouse equipment safely and report any hazards, damage or unsafe working practices immediately.
- Carry out any other reasonable warehouse duties required by the Warehousing Colleague or management.

The successful candidate will be expected to work within Krobahn Ltd’s Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times. This includes using equipment correctly, maintaining safe working practices, keeping work areas clear and reporting hazards, incidents or unsafe conditions promptly.
