Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00
Empowered Personnel are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our client based in Kenilworth, CV8.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis, with the genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be an important part of the warehouse team, helping to ensure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.

Your Duties Will Include
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Preparing goods for dispatch
- Checking orders for accuracy
- General warehouse duties
- Moving and handling stock around the warehouse
- Manual handling and lifting goods of up to 25kg
- Working as part of a small team
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
The Successful Candidate Will Ideally Have
- Previous warehouse experience
- Experience in picking and packing
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to carry out manual handling and lift goods up to 25kg
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- The ability to work well as part of a small team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- A good understanding of health and safety within a warehouse environment
