Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our Bristol team, supporting our Warehouse Nights Pick operation in a modern, fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in picking stock, keeping stock moving safely, accurately and efficiently while working as part of a supportive and dependable team.
This is a full-time, permanent position working 12-hour Night shifts on a 4 on, 4 off pattern, including weekends, from 19:00 to 07:00
The role is based in a chilled warehouse environment, so you will need to be comfortable working in temperatures between 2 and 4 degrees.
Salary: £32,697.51 per annum
We also have a site bonus scheme that rewards colleagues for their performance. This can potentially increase earnings by an additional payment of £2,500+ per annum.
This role works on a banked hours contract.

What you'll be doing:
- Confident working to clear targets and KPI’s and delivering strong performance
- Loading, unloading, and picking of stock and orders within the chilled warehouse
- Loading and unloading different type of trailers using RF Gun to scan pallets
- Assemble customer orders from the order profile.
- Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
- Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
- Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
- Experience working in a similar warehouse environment is advantageous
- Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment.
- Confident working to targets and KPI standards in a fast-paced operation.
- Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy.
- The ability to meet tight deadlines and targets.
- Strong organisational skills.

Compensation: up to GBP 32697.51 - yearly
