08:15-17:00 Monday - Thursday / 08:15-16:00 Friday

We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a growing and expanding manufacturing company in Colchester, Essex on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within a successful and expanding business, with opportunities for training, development, and progression.

Duties Of The Warehouse Operative

  • Picking and packing orders accurately and recording information on in-house computer systems
  • Loading and unloading goods, checking for discrepancies, and processing delivery notes onto in-house systems
  • Supporting and carrying out regular stock checks to maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Following all health and safety procedures and maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy working environment
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting other areas of the warehouse when required

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics distribution, and supply chain environment
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual handling duties
  • Basic IT skills and the ability to use in-house computer systems
  • A reliable, hardworking, and positive approach to work

What We're Offering

  • £26,500 per annum
  • Monday - Friday working hours, with an early finish on Friday
  • Permanent position with a growing and expanding company
  • 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
