Production & Warehouse Operative

Are you looking for a hands-on role within a friendly and supportive team environment? We are currently recruiting for a Production & Warehouse Operative to join a busy operation in Hoddesdon.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, repetitive work and takes pride in producing high-quality finished products.
What You'll Be Doing
- Bench hand production work
- Finishing and quality checking products
- Manufacturing products using various methods and materials
- Packing completed products ready for dispatch
- Working collaboratively as part of a team to meet production targets
- Maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within a finishing, production, or manufacturing environment would be advantageous
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work accurately
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Willingness to carry out repetitive tasks
- Ability to undertake some bending and light lifting as part of the role
The Role
This position involves repetitive production and finishing work in a fast-paced environment. While there is some lifting involved, the work is not considered heavy. You will be joining a supportive team where reliability, quality, and a positive attitude are highly valued.
