All Square Recruitment is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a market-leading client based in Dunmow, Essex. Initially on a full time temporary basis, there may be the opportunity to earn a permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Goods In/Out: You will unload deliveries, check incoming stock, and store items correctly in the warehouse.
- Execute Order Picking: Our team accurately selects high-value products and components for daily dispatch.
- Handle Packing & Loading: You must securely pack fragile items to prevent damage. Additionally, you will assist with the safe loading of delivery vehicles.
- Maintain Stock: The role involves conducting regular inventory checks and maintaining an organised shelving system.
- Prioritise Health & Safety: You will adhere to manual handling guidelines and maintain a clean, safe workspace at all times.

Requirements
- Attention to Detail: Handling fragile or high-value materials.
- Physical Fitness: You must manage heavy lifting and remain active throughout the entire shift.
- Reliability: Excellent punctuality and a consistent work ethic are essential for a 07:30 start.
- Communication Skills: You need good verbal and written English to manage paperwork and coordinate with the team effectively.
- Experience: While we prefer proven experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, we welcome all dedicated applicants.
- Transport: Candidates with their own transport are preferred because the site lacks reliable public transport links.

7:30am till 4pm Monday to Friday
