Caesarstone - Warehouse Operatives
Caesarstone is an award-winning international designer and manufacturer of premium engineered stone surfaces for the commercial and residential interiors sector.
Following major expansion plans and the relocation of our Head Office and Distribution Centre, we are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to form part of our new team at our DC in Lutterworth, Leicestershire.
You will be part of a new team who will be responsible for maintaining workloads to achieve departmental and facility objectives safely, productively, and efficiently. This will include:
- Loading and unloading containers and trailers of heavy materials using a fork lift and gantry crane.
- Movement of stock around the warehouse, including evaluating and reporting damage.
- Report any slab movement using a mobile terminal.

This is a full-time role, working 42.5 hours per week Monday - Friday on a shift basis (06:30 - 16:00 or 08:00 - 17:30).
Salary: £30.5k

Requirements
- Maintain a safe work environment as outlined by Caesarstone policies and procedures.
- Two years experience in a similar position.
- Must hold a valid FLT licence and driving licence.
- Solid employment background.
- No more than 3 points on your licence.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Careful Worker and must be physically fit as products are heavy.
- Proficiency in reading and writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective communication.
- Ability to use a PC.
- Methodical, and logical worker.
- Good team player/flexible worker.

Gantry crane experience would be an advantage but not essential.
