Warehouse Operative / Production Operative – Bromsgrove
Location: Bromsgrove
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Are you looking for a long-term opportunity in a busy warehouse and production environment?
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a growing team based in Bromsgrove. Alongside general warehouse duties, you will also be trained to operate bespoke machinery used as part of the production process.
The Role
Your Duties Will Include
- Loading and unloading materials and products
- Picking, packing and preparing goods for dispatch
- Moving stock around the warehouse
- Operating bespoke production machinery following training
- Supporting the production process and meeting daily targets
- Carrying out basic quality checks
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
- Following health and safety procedures at all times

The Candidate
The Successful Candidate Will
- Have previous warehouse, production or manufacturing experience
- Be comfortable learning to operate bespoke machinery
- Have good attention to detail
- Be reliable, hardworking and willing to learn
- Be physically capable of carrying out manual handling duties
- Hold a full UK driving licence and be able to drive
- Be looking for a long-term position
