Here at GXO Harlow, CM19 5AW, we’re looking for Warehouse Operatives to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.
You will be working on a shift pattern of, 5 days out of 7, currently Monday to Friday between the hours of 07:30 – 15:30 working 40 hours per week.
Due to business growth and operational requirements, working hours may be subject to change, including a transition to PM shift patterns in the future. Flexibility is essential.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Pick, process and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently, meeting daily productivity and service targets
- Safely load and unload containers, vehicles and trailers, and complete goods-in and goods-out activities
- Process customer returns and carry out stock handling and inventory tasks in line with warehouse procedures
- Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) where required and follow all operational and quality standards
- Work as part of the wider warehouse team, supporting general duties, maintaining a safe and tidy working environment, and helping to meet business needs
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous Reach Truck and PPT experience is highly desirable, or you’ll be willing to complete full MHE training and become certified
- Good attention to detail and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A flexible, safety-focused approach, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
